Ken is Google GenAI Ambassador in Greater China.  He is a seasoned multi-cloud security and transformation expert with a proven track record of helping organisations across various industries achieve their goals. He is a tech evangelist and an active security community builder in Australia and Greater China. Ken holds all AWS and GCP certificates and other DevOps & security credentials. He also holds a Master degree in cybersecurity and MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Ken led the AWS Professional Services Security and DevOps practices for Greater China, and he is now leading the security practice at Google.

Ridge leads the Google Cloud GCR partner engineering team, and works with our brilliant partners across the region, to ensure customers benefit from partner solutions complementing Google Cloud’s capabilities. Prior to Google, Ridge worked at AWS as senior BigData consultant, during his tenure as consultant, he helped some major enterprise customers on their cloud migration and transformation workload. Ridge holds most of the major cloud professional certifications and being a cloud evangelist for many years with hands-on delivery experience, outside of work, Ridge enjoys hiking.

Synopsis This comprehensive training session will equip you with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize and secure Generative AI (GenAI) in your organization. Through layman examples, you will gain a fundamental understanding of GenAI and its capabilities. You will learn how to secure GenAI workloads and explore the various ways GenAI can be used to enhance security measures. The session will also delve into the concepts of fine-tuning and prompt engineering, demonstrating how these techniques elevate GenAI from simple chatbots like ChatGPT or Bard to enterprise-ready solutions. Finally, you will gain hands-on experience with GenAI prompt engineering, enabling you to craft effective prompts for specific tasks and applications.
