Abstract

Much has progressed since the ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter held its first seminar, “Quantum Threat: Risks and Response,” on 14 July 2022. Since then, NIST has begun the process of standardizing algorithms that can resist attacks by quantum computers, while the US NSA has set a deadline of 2035 for the adoption of post-quantum cryptography across national security systems. This hybrid seminar will feature experts in the field discussing:

Recap of risk and responses from our last meeting in July 2022
The latest updates on the NIST PQC initiative
Industry actions towards Quantum readiness
Recommendations for government, regulators, and enterprises on responding to the Quantum Threat

5. If you provide an invalid ISACA ID, you will be removed from the registration list
