- Receive and adopt the minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting held on 26 June 2018.
- Receive and adopt the Association’s audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018.

- Election of officers and directors for 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020.
- Appointment of the auditors for the year ending 31 December 2019.
