Ms. Carol Lee is Vice President – Membership & SheLeadsTech of ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter. She was awarded Global 100 CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) Hall of Fame in 2021 and the Hong Kong Cyber Security Professionals Awards in 2016 in recognition of her determination and commitment in assuring the security of the cyberworld. Other than the above community service volunteer role, she is the Head of Cyber Security & Risk Management of a Hong Kong listed company. She has substantial experience in leading enterprise-wide security programme to support cloud and digital transformation strategy, specialised in adopting proven change management methodology in the security & privacy management program. She has more than 25 years of working experience serving retails, insurance, supply chain, public utilities, manufacturing, property development, and consultancy industries. Carol holds several information security designations, including CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CCSP, CSSLP, CIPM and CEH. She is also a Certified Change Management Practitioner. |
Mr. Terence Law is the Director of Emerging Technology of ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter. He is the Head of Innovation and Data for the Internal Audit department of a leading financial institution. Terence has extensive experience in financial service industry, with expertise in auditing, risk management, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity and cloud computing. He has a strong desire to contribute to the community and volunteers his time and expertise to promote the adoption of industry-leading practices. Terence holds several industry certifications including CISA, CISSP, CFA, CPA, Certified Banker. |

Mr. Tom Huang is a Committee Member of ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter. He is the Head of Technology and Operational Risk Management of a leading virtual bank in Hong Kong. Tom has extensive experience in financial service industry, with expertise in risk management particular in technology, cybersecurity, data and cloud. He leverages technologies to develop innovative and safe solutions that enhance customer experience in day-to-day life. He also led global / regional reviews and transformation programmes related to cybersecurity, cloud, AI and digital channels from his previous roles in global bank and consulting firm. He participates in industry forums and is always happy to share insights with the community. Tom holds industry certifications including CISA, PMP and Prince2. |

Ms. Lanis Lam is the Committee Member of Emerging Technology of ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter. She is a Partner in the Technology Consulting practice of a leading consulting firm. She is over 17 years of experience in the field of technology risk and cybersecurity risk management. Her expertise spans across various areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, technology outsourcing, third party risk management, cyber security, data protection, system resilience, business continuity plans, etc. She has assisted various financial institutions in implementing and reviewing various digitalisation projects. Lanis is a CPA, and holds several information security designations, such as CISA and a certified solutions architect (professional) issued by one of the largest cloud solution providers. |
