Patrick is a Director at PwC with over 13 years of experience across cyber security strategy, design, and operations. More recently he is involved in setting up the Security Operation Centre in Mainland China for PwC to help clients to proactively detect and respond to cyber threats and meet local cyber security laws and regulations.

Patrick is currently leading multiple China 4 China programs for MNCs to provide them with insights to the latest data security laws and regulations and to help them localize network, workplace, platform, and applications.

Patrick holds a Juris Doctor from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a LLM. From University of Southerm California. He is a Fellow of Information Privacy with the International Association of Privacy Professional and holds CIPT, CIPM, CIPP/A, CISA, CISM and CRISC certifications.
