Mike is currently working for a Swiss-based CREST certified security assessment company helping Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan regions business development and alliance partnership, he also supports CREST International and Asia to promote the CREST standard in HK and Taiwan. Mike had been stationed in Taiwan and Geneva as a Security Consultant delivering Information Security assessment services to government sectors, public utilities, and banks.

To promote cybersecurity among the society especially among the young generation, Mike played a number of important voluntary roles such as Founder of HK CTF Association (www.fb.me/hkctfa), Founder of HITCONxChange (#HITCONxChange on FB), Vice-Chairperson (2012 – 2014) of Professional Information Security Association (PISA, www.facebook.com/PISAHKG, www.pisa.org.hk), Founding Director of CSA HK and Macau Chapter, Director of ISC2 HK Chapter (2014-2019), Founder of Information Security Sharing Group HK (www.facebook.com/InfoSecShareHK) and CCSK Study Group, (www.facebook.com/CCSKSG), which significantly helps to grow the security industry, especially among the universities and young generation.

Mike is the first Asian accredited overseas as a Certified CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge) Trainer of CSA (www.cloudsecurityalliance.org). Mike is also a frequent speaker or panel guest for different security seminars and conferences in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan areas. Besides, Mike is an experienced ERP (SAP Certified) Consultant, who also familiar with Call Center / Telecom / Retail Fashion / Logistics operations. Mike holds professional qualifications such as CCSK, IPv6 Sage, CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP, SAP Certified Consultant, MCSE, and MCNE. He was awarded of ISLA (Information Security Leadership Achievement 2013 – NFC Security Research, honoured by ISC2 (https://www.isc2.org/isla-showcased-projects.aspx). , the Merit Awards of CPSA 2017, honoured by HK Police Force and various appreciation certificates from different organizations and educational institutions for Mike’s contribution to support the cybersecurity industry.
