Donald has a real passion about exploring the balance between innovation and cyber and tech controls, as well as making banking simpler and more intuitive. These days, Donald focuses on virtual banking as he was one of the founding team members of Mox Bank, a virtual bank backed by Standard Chartered. Prior to joining Mox, Donald has extensive experiences in shaping and implementing business and tech risk strategy in investment banks such as Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Nomura on a global and regional scale. As a CPA and CISM, he offers a multidisciplinary approach bridging the gap between banking, cybersecurity, and technology risk.
