Over his 29 years in the security industry, Welland has been leading teams of security professionals in implementing security solutions for or providing independent security assessments on Cybersecurity, Cloud migration, Fintech & traditional payment, Personal data privacy. In parallel of his role at Thales, Welland serves as the VP (Certification) and Secretary at the China Hong Kong Chapter of ISACA (https://www.isaca.org/), a global non-profit organisation focusing on IT Governance and Cyber Security. Welland received his Ph.D from King’s College London and is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Mr. Freeman Ng is the Principal Consultant of iSystems Security Limited with 30 years of IT experience. He provides information security consulting to financial institutions and multinational corporations in Asia Pacific. Prior to the current position, Freeman has hands-on IT technical and risk management experience in Standard Chartered Bank, Unisys and NEC. He has professional certifications including CISA, CISM, CDPSE, GXPN, GPEN, Certified Red Team Expert, Certified Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, Certified Network Defense Architect, etc. He has Master Degree in Information Systems (Artificial Intelligence).

Michelle is the Academic and Student Members Relations Committee at ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter. She has multiple professional certifications including CISA, CSX-P, CISSP, etc. She worked as an external consultant after graduating from Hong Kong Baptist University. She is experienced in providing security related services and audit support services to clients across Hong Kong. Her major experience included regulatory compliance assessment and security control review in financial industry and government sector.
