Ricky Ho is Leading the Risk & Security business for ServiceNow North Asia, based out of Hong Kong. Ricky possesses over 20 years strategic solutions advisory and selling experience with a major focus on security and risk across North Asia. In his career journey with IBM, Oracle, Jardine One Solution and a few other Sis, he has led and supported sales and technical pre-sales teams, as well as established and managed partners growing ecosystems. His greatest passion and experience is to help FSIs and Large Enterprises to build sustainable solutions to not only meet regulatory requirements but also grow their businesses with the top-notch technology. Prior to ServcieNow, he worked as a Security Sales Leader in IBM, where he has spent 11+ years across a variety of job functions and solutions. His most recent responsibility with IBM was to lead a Security Specialist sales team that advise integrated solutions comprising software, services and managed services to Hong Kong customers. In his IBM tenure, he also drove Human Resource Acritical Intelligence (HR AI) & Collaboration Solution, Data Governance Solution for FSIs, and Master Data Management Solutions in addition to security and risk solutions.
