Ms Carol Lee is Vice President – Membership & SheLeadsTech of ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter. She was awarded Global 100 CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) Hall of Fame in 2021, the Hong Kong Cyber Security Professionals Awards in 2016 and Women in IT Asia Award in recognition of her determination and commitment in assuring the security of the cyberworld. Other than the above community service volunteer role, she is the Head of Cyber Security & Risk Management of a Hong Kong listed company. She has substantial experience in leading enterprise-wide security programme to support cloud and digital transformation strategy, specialised in adopting proven change management methodology in the security & privacy management program. Carol holds several information security designations, including C|CISO, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CCSP, CSSLP, CIPM and CEH. She is also a Certified Change Management Practitioner. |

Jenny Tan | CISA CGEIT CDPSE Jenny is currently the President of ISACA SG Chapter. Jenny spearheaded the ISACA’s SheLeadsTech programme in Singapore in 2019 and has since framed the programme as a cross-border female leadership experience & knowledge sharing platform. She has also successfully launched the 2021 SLT Mentorship Programme with dedicated mentor-mentee engagements to guide the career development of our SLT members accordingly. Jenny has also pioneered the Conversion Programme to achieve private-public-nonProfit objectives of bringing more women into the tech workforce. Feedback on both programmes were excellent! Her effort paid off as she is recognized by ISACA Global as one of the four 2021 Outstanding Chapter Leader Award global recipients and SLT Programme has also won her two Ally of the Year 2002 i.e. Best Program (International) and Best Contributor (Asia). Minister for Communications and Information, Josephine Teo, has also recently commended the Conversion Programme at the Cybersecurity Awards 2022 event. Jenny is also a finalist for Advocacy of the Year with the Women in IT, Asia 2023 award. Outside of volunteering, Jenny is currently leading a global internal audit practice, including IT audit, with a global real estate cum fund management MNC. Jenny is the former PwC Risk Assurance Partner where she led the IT Audit & Advisory and Business Resilience Practices. She was PwC Singapore’s CIO and DPO. Jenny is the winner in 2022 Top Woman in Security (SG & Asean), 2022 Women Program of the Year Award (Asia), 2021 Women in IT Outstanding Contribution Award (Asia) and 2021 SG 100 Women in Tech recipient. She has also received the Top 20 Cybersecurity Women in Singapore, 2020 award. |

Wendy Lim, SG Chapter Government Director and SG SheLeadsTech Ambassador, is currently a Partner in the Cyber Security Consulting practice with KPMG in Singapore. She has over 18 years of experience in Cyber/Technology Strategy & Governance, Cyber/Technology Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Data Governance, Data Privacy, Business Resilience and Technology Assurance. Wendy is the Service Line Lead for Cyber/Data Privacy Laws & Regulations, Technology & Cyber Risk Management as well as Third Party Risk Management. Wendy has indepth experience in leading and managing engagements that focus on providing clients with Technology & Cyber Risk Management, technology & cyber regulatory advisory support, third party risk consulting and independent assessments. She has also assisted clients in interpreting Technology, Cyber, Data Protection and Third Party Risk regulations in various sectors. Wendy has also conducted several industry briefing sessions on various topics such as Data Privacy, Cyber/Technology Governance & Risk Management, Data Governance and Third Party Risk Management, etc. |

Bona Hong Jung A Senior Associate, Penetration Tester, KPMG Cybersecurity Consulting eJunior Penetration Tester (eJPT) Bona is a Senior Associate in the Cyber Consulting Practice at KPMG Singapore with a focus on providing Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration (VAPT) Service, Phishing Simulation exercises and Configuration Reviews against corresponding industry guidelines. At KPMG Singapore, Bona has over 3 years of experience in conducting VAPT assessments on Critical Infrastructure, Web and Mobile Applications, along with providing system level configuration reviews on operating systems and middleware assets against standard industry practices and guidelines.
