Felix Kan
CEO, Cyberbay

Felix Kan is a distinguished cybersecurity expert and the CEO of Cyberbay. Since founding Cyberbay in 2022, Felix has been at the forefront of driving innovation and fostering inclusivity in the cybersecurity landscape.

With over 16 years of experience as a Partner at PwC, Felix has led numerous high-impact projects in IT governance, IT security frameworks, application and data security, and IT risk management. During his tenure, he also designed and developed CatchMe, a proprietary tool recognized for advancing high-security solutions for networks, web, and mobile applications.

Passionate about advancing the industry, Felix is dedicated to creating opportunities for collaboration and championing diversity in cybersecurity.

Galina Kho
Chief Strategy Officer, Cyberbay

Galina Kho is an accomplished technology leader with over 15 years of global experience driving product innovation, strategic growth, and global market expansion. As the Chief Strategy Officer at Cyberbay, Galina plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, cultivating partnerships with ethical hackers, and advancing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions across the APAC region. Her leadership focuses on fostering innovation, aligning technical priorities with business goals, and championing resilience in the face of evolving cyber threats.

Galina has a rich history of bridging the gap between technical innovation and market strategy. At Sports Illustrated’s SI Tickets, she collaborated with engineering teams to design and execute product roadmaps that fueled business decisions. Her work at FanDuel included developing predictive models and driving UI prototypes to enhance user experience, demonstrating her ability to balance technical depth with customer-focused outcomes.

Galina is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in technology.  She brings a global perspective to her work, bridging cultures and fostering collaboration across industries. Galina holds an M.S. in Strategic Communications from Columbia University and an M.A. in Communications & Technology from Georgetown University.

Abstract Join us for an engaging session, “Empowering Diversity in Cybersecurity: Insights to Shape the Future,” where we will explore how inclusivity and diversity are driving positive change in the cybersecurity industry. Led by Felix Kan and Galina Kho, CEO and Chief Strategy Officer of Reimagine Cyberbay Limited, this session will highlight the role of accessible cybersecurity solutions in creating a more secure digital future.

Felix and Galina will discuss the transformative potential of bug bounty programs, such as Cyberbay’s BugHunting Campaign in Hong Kong, and how they are making cybersecurity more accessible to a wider audience. By empowering individuals, regardless of background, to participate in securing the digital landscape, these initiatives foster collaboration and promote a more inclusive environment for everyone.

The session will also shine a light on the critical importance of diversity, particularly in empowering women in cybersecurity. Felix and Galina will share insights into how creating opportunities for women in tech not only benefits the industry but also brings fresh perspectives and innovation to the field.

Attendees will gain practical insights into how the cybersecurity industry can evolve to become more inclusive and innovative, ensuring that security solutions are designed with all perspectives in mind.
