Alvin is a technology professional, with experience spanning from cybersecurity risk management to digital transformation. In his current role as a regulator, he is also responsible for overseeing the use of novel technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI). His background includes roles as a management consultant at an international accounting & consultancy firm and a security strategist at one of the major cloud service providers. He holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Cybersecurity. |
